Delete your ChargeBuddy account

Delete in the app

1. Open ChargeBuddy on your phone.
2. Go to Profile › Settings (the gear icon).
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

You are signed out on that phone straight away. Your account and data are permanently deleted 30 days later. To cancel within those 30 days, email us with the Guest ID shown in Settings.

Can't open the app?

Email info@ptriinnovation.com with the subject "Delete my ChargeBuddy account". Include the Guest ID from Settings if you have it, or the Google or Apple email you signed in with. We'll confirm, and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email, sign-in link (Google or Apple), vehicle, home city
• Saved chargers, XP, level and badges
• Notification settings and push token
• App activity and rough-area analytics linked to your Guest ID
• Feedback you sent from the app

What is kept

Your check-ins are made anonymous, not deleted, because they keep charger status accurate for every rider. Your Guest ID, comment and location are removed; what happened at the charger, the price, any photo and the time remain, with nothing linking them to you.
